Fees

Forex Brokers and are compensated for their services through the spread between the bid/ask prices or there may be a cost to initiate a trade through the bid/ask spread. In the case the client/investor holds a "Profit Sharing Account", the client hereby acknowledges that he/she will be charged in addition to any volume fee (if applicable), a 20% Monthly Performance Fee per selected signal provider (Trader) investment strategy (System) for as long as he/she uses the Platform with this account. The Monthly Performance Fee shall be calculated on a monthly basis and shall be based upon the client’s profit made from each selected System that exceeds the Benchmark. For the purpose of this agreement, a"Benchmark" is defined as the net new high in profit of a signal provider (Trader) trading System at the end of a given monthly period, during the life of the account. Profit shall be determined by taking into consideration the client’s equity at the end of each month, on all trading activity from each selected System (which includes all open and closed positions) during the same month, comparing it to previous Benchmark(s).
